We warrant ONOS Sunglasses against manufacture defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. ONOS warranty does not cover against lost product (Rhino Readers are not covered by warranty). Onos will repair or replace with an identical or equivalent style any product determined by ONOS to have a manufacture’s defect. The customer will be responsible for cost of shipment to ONOS. A processing fee of $10.99 will be charged for each warranty claim processed, which covers return shipping and handling.

    ONOS sunglasses limited lifetime warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, lens scratches or delamination, nose pads, temple arm rubber deterioration, broken hinges due to user error, accidental damage, misuse or any other problems determined by ONOS not to be defective in materials or workmanship (Non-Covered damage). Lens scratches and bubbling on the frame surface is not covered due to wear and tear. All terms are subject to change without notice.

    Our goal is to fix or replace your ONOS as quickly as we can, please allow 1 week (5 business days) to complete your repair.  All repairs are subjects to parts availability. When you send in your ONOS non-prescription sunglasses to us, we will:

    • Evaluate and inspect the damaged sunglasses to conclude if (1) a defect in materials or workmanship is covered by our warranty or (2) damage from wear and tear or another reason which can be fixed under our repair program. We will notify you of our assessment.
    • If the ONOS frame defect is covered by our warranty, we will correct the defect or replace your ONOS with an identical or reasonably equivalent style, for a processing fee of $10.99 per pair (which includes return shipping and handling).
    • Once an evaluation is made and if the damage is found not to be covered under our warranty a customer service representative will contact you for approval on the cost involved for any repairs needed.
    • If your ONOS sunglasses have both, a defect covered by the limited warranty and damage not covered by our limited warranty, upon your approval to proceed we will charge the warranty processing fee of $10.99 in addition to the repair cost of the item not covered by the warranty.
    • Contact you by email or phone promptly if we find any unreported damage, providing you with the opportunity to approve or deny the cost of additional charges.
