ONO'S Sunglasses are warranted against manufacturer's defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. The warranty does not cover against lost product nor user's abuse/wear and tear. ONO'S will repair or replace with an identical or equivalent style any product determined by ONO'S to have a manufacturer’s defect for one time. The customer will be responsible for cost of shipment to ONO'S. A processing fee of $12.00 will be charged for each warranty claim processed, which covers return shipping and handling.
ONO'S sunglasses limited lifetime warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear and tear includes lens scratches or delamination, nose pads, temple arm rubber deterioration, broken hinges due to user error, accidental damage, misuse or any other problems determined by ONO'S not to be defective in materials or workmanship (Non-Covered damage). Lens scratches and bubbling on the frame surface is not covered due to wear and tear. All terms are subject to change without notice.
