Repairs

 

     

    ONO'S Sunglasses are warranted against manufacturer's defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. The warranty does not cover against lost product nor user's abuse/wear and tear. ONO'S will repair or replace with an identical or equivalent style any product determined by ONO'S to have a manufacturer’s defect for one time. The customer will be responsible for cost of shipment to ONO'S. A processing fee of $12.00 will be charged for each warranty claim processed, which covers return shipping and handling.

    ONO'S sunglasses limited lifetime warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear and tear includes lens scratches or delamination, nose pads, temple arm rubber deterioration, broken hinges due to user error, accidental damage, misuse or any other problems determined by ONO'S not to be defective in materials or workmanship (Non-Covered damage). Lens scratches and bubbling on the frame surface is not covered due to wear and tear. All terms are subject to change without notice.

    Our goal is to fix or replace your ONO'S as quickly as we can, please allow up to 1 week (5 business days) to complete your repair.  All repairs are subjects to parts availability. When you send in your ONO'S non-prescription sunglasses to us, we will:

    • Evaluate and inspect the damaged sunglasses to conclude if (1) a defect in materials or workmanship is covered by our warranty or (2) damage from wear and tear or another reason which can be fixed under our repair program. We will notify you of our assessment.
    • If the ONO'S frame defect is covered by our warranty, we will correct the defect or replace your ONO'S with an identical or reasonably equivalent style, for a processing fee of $12.00 per pair (which includes return shipping and handling).
    • Once an evaluation is made and if the damage is found not to be covered under our warranty a customer service representative will contact you for approval on the cost involved for any repairs needed.
    • Contact you by email or phone promptly if we find any unreported damage, providing you with the opportunity to approve or deny the cost of additional charges.
