We warrant ONOS Sunglasses against manufacture defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. ONOS warranty does not cover against lost product (Rhino Readers are not covered by warranty). Onos will repair or replace with an identical or equivalent style any product determined by ONOS to have a manufacture’s defect. The customer will be responsible for cost of shipment to ONOS. A processing fee of $10.99 will be charged for each warranty claim processed, which covers return shipping and handling.
ONOS sunglasses limited lifetime warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nose pads, temple arm rubber, scratched lenses, broken hinges, accidental damage, misuse or any other problems determined by ONOS not to be defective in materials or workmanship (Non-Covered damage). Additionally scratches and bubbling on the frame surface is also not covered due to wear and tear. All terms are subject to change without notice.
