Onos.com current order processing time is 1-2 business days, but please allow 3-10 days for actual shipping delivery (This excludes Saturday, Sunday and Holidays). Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to major or unseen circumstances. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once we have shipped them out of our facility.
International: Please be aware that customers outside the United States are responsible for any shipping and additional duties, taxes, and other related charges customs may charge. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be
We like to keep our return policy nice and simple here at Onos Sunglasses. You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt of your order. Product must be in its original condition with original packaging in new and salable condition which is the exact condition in which you received your items. *Prescription orders are non-refundable.
Please allow 7 – 10 business days from the date we receive return for your credit to be processed.*It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. ONOS is not responsible for packages that are damaged during return shipment and if receipt by our receiving department cannot be verified.
